●Sign-in password

After the system transition, users will be required to reset their sign-in password.
Users will keep their same user accounts from before the transition.

●How to Order

Payment can only be made through PayPal.
*We are currently in the process of setting up direct credit card payment. In the meantime, we ask that customers who wish to pay with their credit card make their payment via PayPal.
*Credit cards are also available for PayPal.

How to Purchase Items

Click the “Add to Cart” button for the product you would like to purchase.
*Items are not yet reserved when they are saved to your cart.
Items are only reserved once you have completed the order and your Order Number has been generated.
Please be aware that if another customer completes their purchase of the item that is in your cart before your order is completed, you will not be able to purchase that item.

1. Please check the item(s) that you have added to your cart.
If you would like to add more items, click the “Continue Shopping” button.
If the items in your cart are correct and you are ready to make your purchase, click the “Complete Order” button.

2. If you are not signed in, please enter the necessary information to sign into your account.
*Unregistered customers will need to fill out this account registration application form.
Click here for the New User Registration Application Form.

3. Please check the displayed account information.
If it is correct, check "Other payment method" for “Payment Method” at the bottom of the page.
*Please note that you cannot use any payment method other than "Other payment method".

Once you have finished filling in the necessary information, click the “Review Input Information” button.

4. Review the information you have input. If there is any problem, click the “Return” button to revise the input information.
*The displayed shipping charge is not the actual amount. We will calculate the shipping charges via EMS after your order is completed and charge you the correct amount via PayPal invoice.

If all of the information is correct, click the “Order” button to complete your purchase.

5. Your ordered items are now reserved.
After your order is completed, we will send you an invoice via PayPal for your payment, including the cost of the ordered item(s) as well as the EMS shipping cost.
*It takes 2 to 5 business days for the invoice to be sent out. Once you receive the invoice, please make your payment via PayPal.
As soon as we confirm your payment, we will prepare your items for shipment.
After your items have been shipped, we will send you the EMS tracking number for the package. Please wait until the package arrives.
